Jody Toor is proud to serve as the MLA for Langley-Willowbrook and the official Opposition Caucus Chair & Critic for Citizen Services for the Conservative Party of BC.
Jody and her husband are devoted parents to two daughters. Drawing from her experience as a small business owner, she brings grounded and compassionate leadership to the Legislature in Victoria.

In 2025, Jody Toor’s private member’s bill, Bill M204 – the Perinatal and Postnatal Mental Health Strategy Act, received royal Assent, making it the first private member’s bill in 43 years to receive unanimous support in the House; implementing a comprehensive strategy supporting mental health care for new and expectant parents.
